The Public Education for Living Organ Donation Reimbursement Program (PE-LODRP) is a FY2025 Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) cooperative agreement designed to increase awareness and use of HRSA's Living Organ Donation Reimbursement Program (LODRP), especially in communities that have historically been underserved by the program. The program has a strong track record: from October 2007 through August 2024, it received more than 18,000 reimbursement applications from prospective living donors and approved nearly 89 percent of them, helping facilitate over 10,000 living organ donations during that period.
